Real data plane
The execution path, diagnostics contracts, and lifecycle model belong in the open project—not a demo shell.
Open source
We are building OpenRunners in the open-source tradition: auditable contracts, replaceable boundaries, and a credible self-host path.
The execution path, diagnostics contracts, and lifecycle model belong in the open project—not a demo shell.
Every supported capability starts with one operation contract shared by humans and agents.
The architecture keeps control-plane and execution boundaries explicit so operators can own deployment later.
OpenRunners uses GitHub Actions instead of asking teams to adopt another workflow language.
Source will be published after secrets, licenses, security defaults, and the release process pass review. We will not expose an unfinished security boundary for appearance’s sake.
