The API, dashboard, orchestrator and GitHub bridge run as single instances on a dedicated host for invited accounts. They are not highly available during the alpha.

Hosted runner execution — Admission closed

Customer jobs are not admitted until every runtime, network and node-registration release gate has observed evidence. Runners are created per job, with zero idle runner compute, when admission opens.
