Data we process

OpenRunners processes account identity, organization and repository metadata, workflow job metadata, execution diagnostics, and usage records needed to provide and secure the service.

Source and logs

Repository names, source, logs, and workflow output are not sent to generic analytics tools. During the private pre-alpha, a workflow may send bounded diagnostic batches through its attempt-scoped callback. Those batches are workflow-controlled and explicitly treated as untrusted.

Retention and deletion

Diagnostic ingestion has enforced request and aggregate size limits. Retention and self-service deletion behavior are still being validated before external availability. Private pre-alpha deletion requests are handled through the contact below.
